Search Tutorial – Bauglobal Resources

Find Joint Ventures & Properties in Seconds—No Tech Skills Needed!

1. Type What You’re Looking For

Click into the search box and enter any word or phrase. For example:
  • “Joint Venture” or “JV” to see all partnership opportunities.
  • “Property Listing” to view our home and land listings.
  • “Diaspora Property” or “Foreign Property” to find properties outside Nigeria.
  • Any other word (like “Lagos” or “3 bedrooms”) to search everything at once.


2. How We Decide What to Show

  • If you type exactly “joint venture” or “JV,” we show only our joint-venture deals.
  • If you type “property listing,” we show only property ads (houses, land, rentals).
  • If you type “diaspora property” or “foreign property,” we show only listings abroad.
  • Otherwise, we search all our listings, images, and videos together and show the newest items first.


3. Narrow Your Search with Filters

After you get results, you can refine them:
  • Property Type: Choose Flat, Duplex, Mansions, Hotel, etc.
  • Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Pick the exact number you need.
  • Features: Tick any extras like gated estate, CCTV, parking, etc.

If you apply any property-specific filter, we’ll show only property listings, and Foreign listings or Diaspora listings. To go back to everything, type and search without those filters.


4. Mix Keywords and Filters

  • No filters + generic keyword: Searches everything or Shows only joint-venture.
  • Keyword + property filter: Shows only property ads matching your words.


5. Browse and Get Details

  • Results are paginated—use the “‹‹ Previous” and “Next ››” buttons at the bottom to navigate through pages.
    Each card displays title, location, and key details. Click a card to view full listing information.
  • Each card shows the title, location, and key facts at a glance.
  • Click any listing to see full details and images.
